Rules of Participation
In order to serve the unique needs of our local community and to achieve the
goals of Noel Farmer’s market, these important community standards must be
met by all Vendor Applicants for acceptance.
Eligibility- All Vendor Applicants must understand, agree to, and pledge to
maintain the following requirements.
● Locality- All produce and products offered for sale at the Market must be
grown or made by the seller in a 50 mile radius.
● Promotion- All Vendors agree to descriptions, images, and recordings of
their products, space and persons being made and used by the Market for
the purpose of promoting the Market as a whole.
● Application- All applicants must complete and submit a vendor Application.
Market TImes:
The Market will be held the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month.
Produce and Products
Compliance- All products, produce and value-added/processed foods must
comply with Federal, State and Local regulations.
Market Site:
Vendors are required to provide appropriate means of display (tables, shelves)
and either a 10’x10’ canopy or umbrella for shelter.
